Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except ghee.
- Add melted ghee slowly to the dry mix.
- Combine everything with your fingers to make a dough that's wet enough to bind together.
- Pinch out the dough and roll it to make a small ball – about the size of a marble.
- Make more balls until all the dough is used up.
- Store the balls/ladoos in an airtight container.
- The ladoos remain good at room temperature for 10 days.

- One can add almonds, cashews, pistachios, or other nuts as per suitability.
- Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until they turn golden brown and release a pleasant aroma. Let them cool before using them in the recipe.
