Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bunch of coriander, fresh
  • 1 large bunch of spinach leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of rice flour or gram flour, besan

Method
 

  1. Grind the greens with water and strain them. In the juice add Rice flour.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. Now spread it on a tray and let it dry completely in a well-ventilated room.
  4. Sieve through a fine strainer and use it.
Power tips and variations
  1. Adding a few drops of lemon juice to turmeric powder will give it a bright red color.
  2. You can alternatively use hibiscus flowers or marigold flowers. Grind them in a mixer and add rice flour to get different homemade colors.

  • Besan is a natural cleanser with alkalizing properties that helps maintain your skin’s pH.
  • It gets rid of dirt and excess oil without letting your skin dry out.
  • Turmeric is highly anti-inflammatory and loaded with antioxidants. It helps you attain a natural glow, promotes wound healing, reduces acne scarring, and effectively works for various skin conditions and flare-ups.
  • Rice flour is rich in antioxidants and contains para-aminobenzoic acid which helps maintain the smoothness and elasticity of the skin.
