In this engaging virtual tête-à-tête with the employees at WNS Global as part of The Q-riosity Project, Luke recalled his journey into holistic nutrition and integrative and lifestyle medicine. Shimpli Patil, our Head Nutritionist and Head of Training, conducted an enlightening session with Tata Power employees, shedding light on the significance of cellular nutrition and the impact it has on our body. During the session, she debunked various myths about nutrition and suggested ways to optimize the digestion and absorption of food.
Shimpli also provided insights into the benefits of gluten-free and dairy-free diets and when they might be necessary.
