Project Lead – AI Projects

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven Project Lead – AI Projects to drive the delivery and execution of our internal operations technology and emerging AI initiatives. This role is pivotal in maintaining critical platforms for our wellness and operations teams while enabling AI-led automation to improve user and team experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Product Delivery

   • Lead technical projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.

   • Work closely with business, operations, and tech teams to define and prioritize requirements.

   • Oversee documentation, testing, and release cycles with precision and clarity.

2. Platform Management

   • Manage and improve internal platforms, including ERP and CRM systems.

   • Coordinate API integrations, data flows, and user permissions across tools and platforms.

3. AI & Innovation Enablement

   • Support and coordinate AI/ML projects, working closely with internal and external teams.

   • Enable early-stage AI-led automations that directly improve operational efficiency.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

   • Liaise with external developers or agencies when required.

   • Ensure alignment and delivery quality across all contributors.

5. Analytics & Reporting

   • Monitor platform performance and project progress with clear metrics.

   • Provide updates and strategic insights directly to the CTO.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in technical project or product delivery.

• Strong familiarity with platform development or ERP/CRM systems.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with business, ops, and technical teams.

• Proficiency in working with APIs, data flows, and user permission structures.

• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Comfort with project management tools such as Jira.
