HR Operations Executive
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive (based in Mumbai or Mumbai Suburbs) to join our dynamic wellness organization. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR data management, core operational processes, and compliance support. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless functioning of HR systems and processes — enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Data Management & HRIS

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records throughout the employee lifecycle

Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance in all employee documentation

Conduct regular audits and updates in HR systems
2. HR Operations & Process Optimization

Manage and improve onboarding, induction, payroll input, leave tracking, and exit processes

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for background checks, compliance tasks, etc.

Identify and implement opportunities for HR process improvement
3. Compliance & Policy Adherence

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)

Assist in policy updates aligned with legal standards and wellness industry best practices

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
4. HR Initiatives & Projects

Support performance cycles, surveys, and training sessions

Assist in rolling out engagement, wellness, and feedback initiatives
5. Employee Relations & Support

Be the go-to person for employee queries on HR systems, payroll, benefits, and policies

Foster a responsive, inclusive, and positive employee experience
6. HR Reporting & Analytics

Generate periodic HR dashboards on headcount, attrition, payroll inputs, etc.

Analyze data to derive insights for decision-making
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 8 years of HR operations/generalist experience

Hands-on with HR platforms (e.g., Darwin Box, Spine, Workrig, Oracle HCM, KEKA)

Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

Good command over Excel and data management
