Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Lead to manage and drive technology initiatives across Zoho CRM, website development, and sales-related tools. This remote role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the CTO to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business needs. You’ll play a vital role in bridging technology, marketing, and operations—supporting process automation, project tracking, and vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM & Website Project Management

  • Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers to manage enhancements and integrations

  • Track and oversee website feature rollouts, bug fixes, and related vendor deliverables

  • Convert sales and marketing requirements into actionable tasks and project timelines

2. Testing & Documentation

  • Perform end-to-end testing and validation before deployment of CRM or website changes

  • Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs, user manuals, and release notes

  • Document changes and maintain an up-to-date project knowledge base

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Conduct weekly reviews with business stakeholders and tech partners

  • Manage blockers, task prioritization, and progress updates to keep deliveries on track

  • Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external vendors

4. Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify automation opportunities in sales workflows

  • Suggest and implement improvements using tools such as Zoho Flow or Zapier

  • Support scalable digital operations through process streamlining

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in tech project coordination, preferably with Zoho CRM exposure

  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, WordPress, Shopify, CMS workflows)

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Notion, and Slack

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Able to interface with internal and external partners effectively

  • Process-Oriented: Driven to improve workflows and deliver operational excellence

Bonus Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM

  • Basic understanding of webhooks, APIs, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Zoho Flow)

  • Previous experience working with outsourced development or marketing vendors
